We are constantly thinking of ways to improve service to our customers. The growing needs of our customers and the changes in the fisheries over the years now requires us to staff Dutch Harbor for about 7 months out of the year. We now have a net truck in Dutch as well as a Swedge truck that we can run down to the docks and do quick on board repairs when necessary, saving the customer money in having to transport the entire net to our Dutch Harbor yard.
This past "B" season we had up to four nets at a time stretched out in our yard! They were not all our nets either as we don't like to turn any one away that is in a bind. Unlike other net suppliers in this market, we are the only company willing and capable to undertake any job, our guys work around the clock 24/7 and we do any job that a customer needs to have done...big or small...we do what ever it takes to "keep the customer fishing"!
