Our spacious new premises gave us the scope to tackle cod end production. The new overhead winches provide ease of handling for cod ends of up to 500 meshes! Our new fully rigged cod end run also facilitates any cod end rebuilds and repairs and we encourage crew participation on all cod end work as each vessel has it's own individual needs depending on the lay outs of their vessel.
Our manufacturing facility is "As Good As Any and Better Than Most". With a 1000' long repair yard run we have one of the longest net facilities in the world!!
We've expanded the Seattle Shop another 4,225 square feet for a total of 29,225 square feet of inside shop space and have complete new gear manufacturing run of 400' for new larger trawls.
We now have two net roller trucks for use in Seattle, our smaller 14' Mitsubishi flatbed along with a large yard forklift and two smaller forklifts that are used inside the shop.
We have also been fine tuning equipment inside the shop, we've put in wall to wall shelving, new winches, a new swedger, new rope spoolers and specially designed twine bars along with many other equipment additions to assist in the manufacturing and repair of the nets. We believe that all this equipment is necessary and it allows us to be cost efficient in each job we undertake whether it be new gear manufacturing or repairs, it also allows us to get all the jobs done in the required time frames, thus making repairs and new nets more affordable for our customers.

 When a new net or cod end leaves our shop it is our goal that it will fit the vessel specifications precisely with no further adjustments needed after delivery. We call this working straight out of the box technology!
